Since I committed to Wofford back in March one of the first things I did was find absolutely all of the black & gold I could find. Maybe it’s growing up in the Triangle where big southern schools with obnoxious tailgates are everywhere but I’ve been excited. If you didn’t know I wrote fashion based content, for awhile. It was my thing. I was over opinionated about clothes in middle school & then transferred to a very conservative high school with a very difficult/specific dress code where my fashion sense was lost. I will be writing an entire post about this entirely, but in short: I didn’t want to write fashion content on the internet & didn’t feel “fashionable.”read more
For the first quarter of senior year, I fell into an “outfit rut” wearing the same combinations of different pieces every day. White/navy/black pants paired with a simple top, maybe a cardigan and sandals. But now as the weather is cooling down I’m putting these pieces away and saying goodbye to that “uniform!” I’ve received numerous requests from girls at my school (and other girls with difficult dress codes) asking how to stay “on trend” while still in dress code.read more
